Today marks the anniversary of my fish keeping journey. Many years ago for my 11th birthday my uncle and aunt gave me a pair of guppies for my birthday. It has been an amazing journey ever since.
Some of what happened in the fishroom today
:
A bunch of Madagascar Rainbowfish fry hatched and moved to their shoebox. More eggs were collected.
Collected some Oryzias curvinotus - Hainan Blue eye Medaka eggs. This has been a fish that I have been trying to breed for a while but only had one sex. Recently acquired some more so the eggs started appearing finally.

Found a few Super Red Bristlenose fry in a cave with the male. Must have not checked for a while. Only managed the collect 9 fry so I am assuming some already left the cave and are in the tank somewhere. Previous batches have all been 30plus.

Moved the Spotted Dwarf Danio - Danio nigrofasciatus fry into their shoebox. I find these fry are a lot more robust compared to CPD and Emerald Dwarfs and even easier to raise than the other two.
Collected some Vietnamese Whitecloud fry to a shoe box with Corydoras davidsandsi fry. Recently moved a batch of these on so time to raise another batch.
Also collected some praecox rainbow fry and moved them in a shoe box.
Moved some Forest Halfbeak fry from shoebox into a Corydoras tank for them to continue to grow close to the surface. Largest is now 3.5cm plus size.

More Epiplatys togolensis eggs were collected.
It was a busy period in the fishroom. You get the idea :)
